The Effects of Covid-19 on Remote Work
The covid-19 pandemic has fundamentally changed our working practices. Within few years remote working has become the new normal for many people.
In the first part of our sixth Innoscape Talk, Nicholas Bloom, Professor at Stanford University, explains us how the work practices changed over the last years and we discuss how productivity and innovation activities of firms are affected by remote work. Further, we try to forecast how remote work will develop over time and what skills in the workforce will become increasingly important.
